3-hour Training from 9am – 12pm

This training is designed to review the HUD 9834 – Addendum A & C which lists the documents that will be required and reviewed during an MOR.  Knowing what is required will help any property better prepare for their MOR.

• HUD Form 9834 “Management Review for Multifamily Housing Projects” – Addendum C is a checklist of “Documents to be made available by Owner/Agent”.   Some documents can be sent in advance, but most items will need to be made available the day of the MOR.

• HUD 9834 “Management Review for Multifamily Housing Projects” – Addendum A “Tenant File Review Worksheet”.  This worksheet is used for every file selected in the MOR sample review. We will go over each section of the Worksheet.
