By the end of this LIVE webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Identify and Understand the NSPIRE deficiencies that began scoring on October 1, 2026, including a comprehensive discussion of the following deficiencies: fire-labeled doors, GFCI/AFCI protection, guardrails, HVAC, lighting, and minimum electrical requirements.

2. Distinguish between deficiencies that remain Life-Threatening but non-scoring and those that will impact a property’s NSPIRE score.

3. Apply the new scoring information to inspection preparation and property management, including identifying areas that should be addressed before a scored REAC inspection and understanding the importance of resident communication and accessibility to required electrical outlets.
