Identify and Understand the NSPIRE deficiencies that began scoring on October 1, 2026, including a comprehensive discussion of the following deficiencies: fire-labeled doors, GFCI\/AFCI protection, guardrails, HVAC, lighting, and minimum electrical requirements.<\/p>\n<p>2. Distinguish between deficiencies that remain Life-Threatening but non-scoring and those that will impact a property&#8217;s NSPIRE score.<\/p>\n<p>3.
