width: 600px; height: 143px; margin: 0px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/09ba5c1c1015b2f3c02e52ae8\/images\/70387f01-3abf-179e-30ba-1e646619a103.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"143\" data-file-id=\"3060139\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Page 115 of the Final Rule:<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px; width: 600px; height: 334px; margin: 0px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/09ba5c1c1015b2f3c02e52ae8\/images\/8e1b634a-280c-32c7-81cc-26fb5eec4ed1.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"334\" data-file-id=\"3060141\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you receive an email from the local HUD office demanding Moderate and Low H&amp;S mitigation, send them the Final Rule snips above to remind them that is not a requirement due to the administrative burden.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BREAKING NEWS!<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nAt long last, some properties now have an option of completely removing their Emergency Call Systems (aka Call-For-Aids)!<br \/>\nYou can find the official notice here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hud.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/Housing\/documents\/2026-06hsgn.pdf\">Emergency Call Systems<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Primary Takeaways:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Applicability\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li><strong>Must have 20 or more units<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Section 202 PRAC Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program<\/li>\n<li>FHA Section 221(d)(4) Mortgage Insurance for Rental and Cooperative Housing<\/li>\n<li>FHA Section 231 Mortgage Insurance for Housing for the Elderly<\/li>\n<li>FHA Section 223(f) Mortgage Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Section 202\/8 HAP Properties<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>If your property is NOT one of those listed above, but you have a HUD business agreement (i.e. grant agreement, contract, etc) then you <strong>CAN request an amendment<\/strong> based on this notice.<\/li>\n<li>Why are they doing this?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px;
