This webinar is Part 1 of 2 of NSPIRE’s Inside and Unit deficiencies. If you lose more than 30 points in the Unit inspectable area, you fail the NSPIRE inspection. While we have gone over many Unit and Inside deficiencies in the first 6 Webinars, this one and the next go over deficiencies we have not yet discussed such as Bathroom, Kitchen, Ceiling and Floor Standards.
